This tutorial series by Stan Prokopenko, is very detailed with both written instructions, as well as fun videos. He starts out with a tutorial on the shape of the head/face and then moves on to the specific features. The techniques is based on a book by Andrew Loomis, but updated for today. Check out the tutorials- they are both informative and entertaining!

5 simple steps for your last minute Christmas cards

1. Grab some random stuff together

2. Arrange it onto a piece of (coloured) paper, near a window, so you’ll have natural daylight for the picture. Do this during day time.

3. Take a nice picture of this, from right above.

4. Save the photo onto your computer (or if you took it with your phone, save it there)

5. Paste in email and send, along with your own personal new year’s wish for the receiver, who will be really happy that you thought about him/her!
